I’ll admit, it does look really nice and at first I was happy with it. But the more I used it, the more it felt kind of basic for what I paid. Part of me thinks it’s fine and maybe I’m being too picky, but another part of me expected a lot more for the price. I don’t totally regret buying it, but I also don’t think I’d rush to buy from here again.

I bought a Mondaine watch from mondaine.com it looks great on my wrist, but, actually, the main issue is hard to ignore, it just doesn’t keep the right time. I had to reset it more than once in the first week, which is kind of ridiculous for a watch. I mean, looking nice is great and all, but if it’s constantly off, that gets annoying really fast. For the price, I expected way better accuracy. Disappointed.

The watch looked really nice online, but in person it feels a bit cheaper than I expected. The strap started showing wear after just a few weeks, and the case seems to have some tiny rough edges. Maybe I just got a bad one, but for the price, I was hoping for better craftsmanship. Overall, I’m disappointed and probably wouldn’t buy from them again.

Trying to return this was such a pain, and the warranty support was really frustrating. They kept passing me around in circles, replies took forever, and it felt like nobody actually wanted to take responsibility for the issue. In the end, I’m stuck with a watch I can’t even use. Definitely not ordering from them again

I emailed support a couple times, I think it was last week, or maybe the week before, and never heard anything back. I wasn’t asking for much, just needed a quick reply, but nobody ever got back to me.

I’m a bit confused because my delivery never showed up. I’ve been waiting and there hasn’t really been any clear update, so I’m not sure where my order is or what I’m supposed to do next.

I bought a Mondaine because I figured it would be a solid everyday watch, it did look really nice when I first got it. Clean design, easy to wear, all that. But quickly I started noticing little things that made me question how well it was going to hold up.

The strap was probably the most disappointing part. It got rough and started cracking before I’d even had it a full year, which surprised me because I’m not hard on my watches. And then the case picked up scratches too, just from normal daily use. I kept thinking maybe I was being picky, but no, it was definitely wearing faster than I expected.

For the price, I really thought it would last longer. It’s a nice-looking watch, and I still like the style, but the durability just wasn’t there for me. Maybe others have had better luck, but my experience was kind of a letdown.
